Very professional from initial phone interaction to diagnosis and installation of new pump for radiant floor heat.
Highly recommend!

Feb 2018 - Had plumbing / drainage issues with toilets on a Sunday night.  I was able to get an appointment fast (next day). 
The prior home owner had mentioned that she had to get the sewer lines snaked out periodically therefore  I wanted an assessment as I hadn't expected any issues to crop up so soon after purchasing the home.
I had pretty much cleared the drains Sunday night and We weren't able to reproduce the problem Monday afternoon.

Wagner's technician (Zach) was very thorough in checking and explaining the possible causes of the slow drainage (checked roof, crawl space, toilets, shower, and sinks). He also noted that there was a new section of sewer (in front of my house). For now I'll keep an eye on things and told me NOT to clear the drain when the issue occurs again. This way he'll be able to see exactly where and why the back up is occurring.
Wagner Mechanical remains my go-to for plumbing and HVAC because of their quality of service. They communicate well, provide quality equipment and reasonable fee for diagnosing the issue.

Chris was so helpful,  thorough, and friendly.  I am happy that the Wagner technicians take pictures of the units issues.  Chris was great at explaining in detail what my unit needed.  He didn’t try to come up with work that didn’t need to be done just to make money.  Everything Chris suggested he had pictures to back up the reasons why the unit was not working 100%,  or to prevent further damage.  The integrity and knowledge  Chris has is outstanding.  If you want honest quality work call these guys they are great.

Alex came out on President's day! We had a gas build up issue. He got here soon after the fire department left and was able to help us figure out what it gone wrong. We are so appreciative that he was able to make it out here and help us out so quick. I have used Wagner before and because of people like Alex, I will use them again.
Edit: Google wants me to edit my last review instead of doing a separate one for all the other people who helped. Thanks to Martin, Andrew, Far on, Dark is, Joe & and Christopher for the help with furnace replacement. So much warmer in the house now and the wife feels safe again.

Efrain deserves a superb rating.   He's very knowledgeable, professional, polite.   He explained things well at our level of not being mechanical minded.  Gave good advice for the future of our equipment.

Great service! Juan was very knowledgeable and got the job done quickly. We will be recommending Wagner Mechanical to our family and friends.

We just used Wagner again and this time Zach S. came to the rescue!! Very happy with the service provided from Wagner employees.
