If I could have NO STARS, I would. The company that I work for contracted with FSG to do an LED upgrade at a couple of apartment complexes. They failed to communicate during the process when they did something to cause additional cost, so two of the complexes were billed for THOUSANDS OF DOLLARS over the contracted amount. Took us completely by surprise. For the last property,  eight (8!!) months later, it is still not complete. They continually miss deadlines, do not communicate AT ALL, show up at the property with the wrong product.. I am completely baffled as to how this company can survive as a business. The owner has never contacted us. We are just trying to get this last job done so we can get them off the property, and will never, never, do business with them again. Nor would recommend them!
