According to the big metal sign as you drive in, the town of Interior has a population 67, and when I visited in September I think everyone was at the The Wagon Wheel Bar.  Food and drinks were basic but very inexpensive.  We spent some time taking with the owner and hearing many interesting stories from his time there.

Stopped in for lunch.  Ordered a burger and fries and they were delicious.  The guy behind the bar had some of the best customer service I've seen in a while.  Definitely stop in if you're in the area

Stopped for lunch after the badlands with my Dad. For $31 we got a burger w/ fries, chicken nuggets w/ chips, and two beers. The food was ~$12 and I have no idea how we paid almost $10/beer. No prices advertised. That said, they were nice, food was good, and they have a pool table and other odds and ends for entertainment.

Worst service experience ever. Staff @ the bar where you place your order completely ignored us for 10 minutes before taking our order. Then waited 45 min & finally asked when it would be ready. They said it was ready then proceeded to serve the food to a couple that came in 30 min after we did.  Paid for our 2 beers (bottles only, they have no draft) and walked out.

Great ambiance and service.  Food OK...good buffalo burger, chicken and cheese balls.  Gizzards we're good, too.
