Wagon Wheel doesn't even deserve a 1 in their rating. The staff are very rude and unwilling to help the customers. A specific staff member named Jamie Nanez was horrible and treated me and my friends very badly. I never went to an tennis center , where they treated you this bad. He always told me that "I never had skill" , but couldn't tell me what exactly needed to be worked on. From past experience, I thought a coach is suppose to give advice and help improve but i guess this person doesn't know how to be a coach. He also wanted to use me during my summer camp to teach other younger kids for their summer camp. I don't suggest going to this place at all. THIS COACH IS TERRIBLE(Jamie Nanez)!!!

I was in town for a convention.  I searched for some drop in drill in the area and found the Wagon Wheel.  It was such a great experience from the moment of taking my reservation, checking in, drills, facilities, staff and friendly players.  I am going to the Souhlake facility tomorrow so I hope they can match up to Wagon Wheel.

I was in town on business and wanted to get some tennis in. I am so impressed with public tennis facilities in this area as I also played at Southlate Tennis Center. At Wagon Wheel, it was very easy to reserve court and ball machine with a phone call. Ball machine apparently can't be reserved online so just call and a very nice customer service rep answers. They allowed me to pay on site. $16 for 90 minutes on court with ball machine. I think that is a great price. Ball machine was set up when I arrived. I just paid and was given balls. Nice pros shop with big TV , decent and clean bathroom with a shower. I was so pleased. The airplanes taking off nearby don't bother me , but maybe they would bother some. I was extremely happy with my experience. Thanks to the staff, all nice people.
