The desk help is always nice and the places is always clean. but some of the workers slek at their job. And other are great.

Very disappointed today 2/25/2017  @ 1:24pm. Long as I been going to them my car has always look good and shine. My car was half wiped and still had spots, so I took it back up there and Larry told me that he'll do it this time but next time I would have to pay for bug removal. I told Larry and the young lady, don't worry about it! I will not do business with them again for a car wash or oil change!

I have had my car washed here several times and am not happy with the service. There is constantly marks and bugs and tar on the car when I leave. I have never had this experience at octopus. I guess that's where I will be taking my car in the future. I called to complain because I brought 2 cars there and they advised that the bugs on front of the car are not included in the car wash and that I would have to pay extra for that. She did offer to do the bug wash this one time for free. They left a rag in the back seat so I guess that's what I will use to get the bugs off. Never going back. They also do oil changes. I can't imagine what the fine print is there.
