Don’t take your car there. Got my windshield cracked and now I have to pay $400 to replace it. They blamed me for the problem, which I disagree, and avoided any responsibility using legal claims. Although bad things happen in that business, it would have been nice receiving some support. If something happen to your windshield, this car wash won’t do anything and you will have to assume high replacement expenses. I know other car washes will be more responsive. This is not an isolated case by the way. I’m aware that has happened to many other customers, and the store just claims it’s not their fault and they won’t do anything.

BEWARE OF THIS CAR WASH

For the last year I had been using an unlimited car wash pass at Sparkle Car Wash and had zero problems. Their locations were just not in convenient places for me. 

Monday, 3 days ago, I decided to switch to Supersonic Car Wash...boy do I regret that decision. After ONLY 2 washes the brushes in their car wash completely destroyed my black silicone/rubber trim around my side windows. See the pictures below. 

I talked with the manager, and while he was a nice guy, he would not admit that his car wash did this. He finally got me a refund for the monthly pass...well a “Prorated Refund”, but little else was done. 

He tried to say it looks like aging and oxidation despite their being clear scratch marks. Ridiculous. The pictures don’t do the damage justice. 

DO NOT USE THESE GUYS. Bad customer service, and HORRIBLE, Dirty, Old Brushes that will surely damage your car. Just think of what it’s doing to your gel coat.

The guy didn’t drive straight into the wash... he went in at a angle and scratched my lower driver side bumper, and gouged the passenger side pretty bad... luckily its not very visible. 

No I didn’t not talk to the manager... I seen the scratch on my side while They were shampooing my seats (co worker spilled coffee) but I thought it was a reflection from the ground... my car is a brand new 2018 Altima SR and 3 weeks after this initial review the car still only has 3400 miles on it... even think the alignment may have been knocked off as well... I just don’t understand how your employees are so careless? And don’t know how to drive?!!

Took to long. They quoted me 40 min which seemed reasonable, but didn't up being done for 1hr 10 min. Ineffective at its finest. Won't be back.

They were super nice and efficent, cost me $10 for them to rinse off my floor covers though. Probably should have just headed out to West Valley to do that for 25 cents I guess...
