Dr. Web is unprofessional and arrogant. Our experience was over the phone. Dr. Web was the on call Dr. serving Lincoln Health. Her return call was prompt however her demeanor was cold, unpleasant and demeaning. When you are not well and seeking care this atmosphere is unnecessary and unhelpful. If you are seeking quality, compassionate care and proper diagnosis, avoid Lincoln Health unless it is a pediatric appointment with Dr. Russ.
