THEY LOST MY RX!!!!  -  I'd give them a -5 if I could!  I use the Walgreens on E. Brainerd Rd. all the time & never, ever have the problems that I do at the Ooltewah location.  I don't know what the problem is, but Walgreens HQ needS to get to the bottom of it.  I've had problems every time I've used this location, but yesterday was the straw that broke the camels back.  I dropped off my new (hard copy) Rx & was told it would be ready in 1 hour.  I came back 4 1/2 hrs later & they told me they didn't have an Rx for me - they didn't even have a record of me having dropping off an Rx!!!  They walked away & started digging around, came back & announced that they found it & it would be just a min.  She came back a few mins. later with the filled Rx.  When I asked her what had happened, she told me that who ever took the Rx from me when I dropped it off did not scan it into their system and they LOST MY RX!!!!  Thank God they were able to find it!  I'll go without before I'll ever darken this Walgreens doors again!

Walked in for a refill in person, they told me it'll ready the next day. Next day i went to pick up still have to wait cos they never refill it!!!!! Cos my insurance not gonna cover!!!! So what!!! I knew and i will pay for it by walked in and asked for refill!!! Not the first time this happened 😡

The automated system is horrible. When you wait to talk to someone, the wait is always 20 minutes plus. I should not have to wait 2 days for something that is already pre-packaged and does not even have to be counted. Absolutely ridiculous.
