WARNING,WARNING! THERE IS A SERIOUS PROBLEM WITH THIS PHARMACY TEAM. I am not quick to write a negative review, but after repetitive incidents of total disregard and receiving wrong information, I had to write a review. Sadly it is the worst Walgreen's Pharmacy staff I have ever seen. The Pharmacy Technician (young female, fair skin, dark hair, attending the drive thru window), doesn't do a thorough job, dispatches incomplete medicine orders, is insensitive to client's needs, and is always in a hurry to dismiss clients. I spoke with the Pharmacist (Female Pharmacist), the Pharmacist apologized, but didn't seemed sincerely concern. One of many example; I needed a Rx refilled, for my elderly parent, from another Pharmacy, the Tech, said "I can't refill this Rx, she will need get a new Dr.s' Rx".. and sent me away, I pulled away from the Drive Thru lane, and saw there was still 1 refill good thru June 2018, clearly written on the bottle...I got back in line again, and pointed the Rx bottle clearly showed 1 refill left. She seemed annoyed to go through the trouble of having to call the other pharmacy to transfer the Rx. What a sad situation. I grew up with Walgreens, and have use them for over 40+ yrs, in 4 different states and they have ALWAYS been the best at customer service, and going over and above to take care of their patients and being thorough. There is a problem with this PARTICULAR PHARMACY TEAM. It would not surprise me if their actions, or lack-of-actions ever becomes a safety concern. I left them not to ever go back to this particular Walgreen's Pharmacy team.

If there was a zero stars for this Pharmacy I would've rated it lower. This is my 2nd time trying this pharmacy. First time was a fiasco, Second time started exactly 2 weeks ago. Dropped off 4 prescriptions on my lunch with an estimated wait being 15-20 minutes. After checking back at 30, 40, and 50 minutes I went back to work. I called to confirm ready and went after work only to find out they had not filled either because they needed something additional from my insurance card. I waited while they filled 1 prescription. I returned 3 days later for the other 3, still not filled because they needed to order the brand for 1. After an additional 3 lengthy calls, the last confirming all were approved and ready, I come to pick up and none are filled because 1 requires prior with from the doctor. So I've been patiently waiting for 29 minutes to have my paper prescriptions to be returned to me so I can go to a pharmacy with more competent staff.

26 May 2016 - Most recent visit to this store. Went in looking for a specific product. After walking up and down several isles on my own looking for the product, I asked for assistance. Employee Mary went right to the section the item was and located it for me. She continued to search for any alternate brands of the item for me to choose from. Although I had found the item online for a lower price, I bought it from the store because we had an immediate need for it. *Mary was friendly, helpful and cheerful. In the end, I departed with what I came in for and a "Red Nose" from a small donation to the cause. *I have found what I've needed at this store each time I've come in looking. I have had to make a return for refund in the past and the management was helpful assisting me. I came away satisfied with the transaction. I would recommend this store location. (Only 4 o/o 5 stars because I think the parking lot layout could be improved)

Worst pharmacy! I received a messege from Walgreens saying that my medication was ready, but two people plus a supervisor told me that it wasn't. In this situation I had no other medication left for the week, plus they were brain dead in what an 'auto-refill' is witha person with Addisons Diesese is. Avoid this pharmacy!
