we bought treats for our dogs and there were little worms found in it. they didn't care to tell us that those types have more chances of worms. they gave us our money back but they weren't at all shocked, proving that they have seen this before and dont care to tell the customers what they are buying. if we didn't find the worms and our dog would've eaten it, we would've ended up paying lots of money for his medications and infection.

I FOUND SMALL WORMS IN THE DOG TREATS! Yes they said the "fat" or i dont know "bone" is from another animal so there may be bugs, but I am scared for my dog! I dont want him to get hurt! PLEASE watch out for worms. ONLY if you have to buy packaged sealed treats.

Great customer service. They were out of my cat food I needed. So is every other pet store in this area that carries it. They were the only ones however to offer special order & it'll only take 2 days. Will be a repeat customer.

Whole Pet Central is my go-to for everything pet related. If they don't carry what I need, they will either stock the product, place a special order, or recommend comparable items. They also carry a wide variety of frozen/raw foods for the discriminating pet owner. They offer a rebate program too, so be sure to sign up for it. I've saved a bundle over the years!

There is little turnover where the staff is concerned so they will often greet you by name.  They even offer to carry your bags to the car.

Oh, and most importantly, pets are always welcome!
