The arrogant old lady at the billing desk is least bothered about customers, First visit is disappointing.

I don't have a problem with the pharmacy however- there is a manager there, female, long hair, brunette- I think her name is Sonja- incredible snotty- snobby B!! She complains about her job to customers- compkains about other customers to customers. Whines about her job- I tried to do a simple return and she straight up refused saidsaid it eas late and I should come back during the day when someone else is working to do return. I was Shocked. I cant believe she's a manager- she shouldn't even be in customer service- and a manager?? She sucks!! I live a block away but Id rather drive across town than share her air

9:57 and doors locked. Bad business, we all appreciate leaving work early but closing the doors before the actual closing time is bad business. I would be incredibly upset with my staff if they locked the doors even seconds before closing time.

Customer comes first right? GM should definitely talk to the management at this store. 4/23/15
