Yesterday - My car went defiant on the highway - YIKES!! I babied it over to Bergstrom GM of Neenah... Immediately, the staff in the service center welcomed me. I worked with Emmett - he was very welcoming and appreciated my choosing to come to Bergstrom. He talked me through their process and what they were going to do to help me. They provided a shuttle service to & from work for me. The folks driving shuttle were so nice. When your day starts out rough - car issues can be scary - it's so nice to feel extra special. Emmett and the staff of the service center really  went out of their way to provide a relaxing atmosphere considering my car situation. Thank you!
