Try to get meds for my wife,got 3 different prices,pharmacy  rep with the name of Kayla needs more customer service training, very bad customer service,needs improvement for better service. One star is good enough. I'm heading to CVS.

Pharmacy is giving WRONG information. This is a DANGEROUS thing for pharmacy to do. The pharmacist tech behind the counter was very sure that Silver Sulfadiazine is prescription only and that's the only way I could get it. I drove to CVS and they had it on the shelf. No prescription needed.

Just moved to Plant City and have been using Walgreens for the longest. MARTHA in the pharmacy was extremely rude to me when I went in with new prescriptions to be filled saying I wasn't in their system. I had to call my old pharmacy, which they found me immediately! Every time I tried to explained she talked over me! I finally took my prescriptions and left! I WILL NEVER BE BACK NOR WOULD I RECOMMEND THIS WALGREENS TO ANYONE! The service was absolutely AWEFUL!!!!!

I went to pick my prescription up at the time I set and when I got to walgreen they said they had to order it. Not one time did anyone call and say don't come we have to order the prescription

I have tried twice in several years to use my insurance with Walgreens and they "can't find the info"either time. They  didn't offer to call insurance and do the "work" to make money. Needless to say I went to Publix who iffered the same solution....none. My hats off to Celebration Health who miraculously was able to get the information...no questions...no hassles. And they apologized for it taking so long.
