Very disappointed. Went in yesterday to get a new iPhone. Wasn't even offered the B1G1 on my iPhone. No one ever mentioned it. Called back today and was told yep it was going on. Nope we can't fix it because that was yesterday this is today. Have went out of my way to make sure if we add or change phones it's done here because in begging I was super awesome. But will totally not be returning to this store. Very disappointed with the service.

Everyone should go to this sprint store. They hooked me up. Everybody works as a team. I came in with a problem with my phone and they fixed it. Also walked out with that new IPhone 6s Plus and they also lowered my bill. Great experience!!! Thanks for the hook up.
