Walgreens is usually the pharmacy I go to. But this last time was the last straw. I was told my prescription would be ready in 15 mins, so even tho I had things to do, I waited. 40 mins later I was told it would be just a few more minutes. So I walked out and went through the drive through 20 mins later and finally my prescription was ready. I was told it would take 15 mins but instead it took a hour. 

At another time, I received a call saying my prescription was ready. I went to go pick it up and there wasn't anything. 

I'll be changing pharmacies.

The pharmacy and the staff are great just a little slow at times

They close for lunch from 1:30 to 2:30 pm maybe hiring more people would be a good idea. We went there two days in a row both times they were closed for lunch. Which it doesn't say on their website.

Absolutely the worst pharmacy ever. I have 5 medications and every.single.time I go to pick them up there is a problem. They didn't get the order (even though I know the doctor called it in) or I tried their automated system, phone app, they never get the order. Or they try to charge me even though my insurance makes it free. Or they give me half prescriptions because they didn't order enough. Horrible customer service, awful terrible pharmacy. I switched to CVS and I absolutely love them. Go to CVS!!! This place is horrible!!!
