I would like to pass on an incredible experience I had at this store, in the pharmacy department, with Kara. My experience was so amazing that I have permanently changed pharmacies.

These past weeks, three of my children have come down with a severe illness. Several trips to doctors, emergency rooms, and urgent cares. I work at Big Box Retailer for 15 years, and have always had my prescriptions filled there. I have received wonderful kindness, incredible effort and amazing efficiency at your Walgreens. My doctors visits recently asked where to fill my prescriptions, and I figured I would try this Walgreens, right down the block from my house. My interactions with everyone in this pharmacy staff has been amazing. But it was this recent experience that makes me write this review.

My prescription for my infant was called in, and ready to pickup in minutes. As I picked it up, there was something wrong with the insurance, but I decided to pay the $10 to get it home to my infant. The following day, I had to take my other two children to the doc, who also prescribed medication, at which I asked them to do it at this pharmacy. Again, ready to pick up so quick. When I went in, Kara already had a note stapled to my other children’s prescription, to refund me the previous day’s insurance issue, as she spent a long time on the phone to get it figured out.

After a long days of work, going to the doctors, learning of more health issues with my children, and all that, I left the pharmacy with a warmed heart with the effort and kindness Kara and the staff have shown me this day and in the previous days. I am just so impressed.

First time I have ever had an issue with this drug pharmacy. I usually am familiar with the usual pharmacist working. Today I saw all new faces even though they may have been busy the Hispanic pharmacist tried to force me to get name brand medication, she blamed her ignorance on the new year. She instead just plainly did not know the policy, rules and regulations. She tried to make me keep my drop off there saying I would have the same issues else where.
The previous pharmacist last month  explained 2018 I do not need name brand and my insurance switched to generic. 
She would not listen to me and acted as if I was unintelligent. So I took my drop off down the street to a different Walgreen s. I had no issues what so ever. I would not have complained, but she was rude and spoke to me as I was the dirt she walked on. Watch out for this pharmacist.
