I love my neighborhood Walmart Pharmacy!  Always courteous and professional.  They care about their customers and that's hard to find these days!  Kudos to the entire staff!!!!

Went in to have my oil changed and told it would take about 30 mins, gave them my number and wondered the store. 

At the fabric counter I pulled a roll off the shelf and waited in front of the cutting station, given its not a popular section so i didn't expect anyone to be staffed there but when i asked the electronic folks for help none of them knew how to measure so they put a call out over the loud speaker for someone to come over and help and then left it to the universe to answer the call....10 min roll by with nothing.  Everyone seemed to have popped smoke and vanished. I left the cloth on the table and walked off rather irritated .
Suggestion 1) Cross train staff. You can be a master of your own department but at least know the basics of all other sections of the store you work at. 
Suggestion 2) follow up on assistant calls. Its not like the fabric section is out of view of the electric section, you can see someone holding cloth at the cutting counter.

40 min passed and i figured my car was done. I headed on over to the auto section and there was no one there. I waited at the counter a few moments and looked out into the bay...and your shop guys are not ninjas. If i can see you, you can see me....you can see me waiting at the counter. Honestly its 9am and i did not see ANY other cars so, one and one should have clicked that I was the person's car you just worked on. But no, i go off on another fruitless search for someone from another section to help me (who just was coming off of break and she was very helpful) ///////////// turned out that my oil could not be changed because "someone" had stripped the oil bolt. -if i could but a frowning emoticon here i would-  that last "someone" who changed my oil was the dealership in Germany where i was stationed. Whatever, the point is i wasted 40 mins wondering the store when they could have called me on my cell and i could have been on my way.
Suggestion 1) if there is an issue with a customers car...CALL THEM. it just adds to the frustration that not only didn't i get what i set out to accomplish done, i also wasted time waiting. I though that was way you asked for my contact number when i dropped my car off.
Suggestion 2) Have a call/help button at those out of the way sections so customers do not have to wonder around looking for staff.
Suggestion 3) Patience is a lost venture/ Waiting sucks! Eye contact means i see you "hiding" in the car bay. Come on over and ask if i need anything. And if you are not cleared to run the register, could you at least call someone who can?

To sum it up, its a thankless job working in retail having to deal with upset customers and no one wants to deal with issues like that but a happy customer is one that will come back.
 
Lesson learned: i will go to an actual auto shop to have my oil changed and i will go to a real hobby store to buy my craft supplies.

Talked to a pharmacy technician and man was she rude.  I'm going to pick up my RX and then find myself a new pharmacy.

This place sucks,nothing is ever ready. They say my prescription would be ready at 4:00, then they said 15 minutes 45 minutes later they say they are working on it. 15 minutes turned in to 1 hour and 25 minutes q
