We had a problem with my refill and Jackie solved it right away. We all make mistakes but Jackie proved what real customer service is all about.

The people in the pharmacy are inexperienced and rude. I have my medication on automatic refill and get phone call reminders each month, but when I went in to pick it up they said it wasnt there or in the system. Despite the fact that I had the voicemail available stating it was ready for pickup from their location. Then after proving my point they took attitude that they then had to actually do their jobs. Then after waiting 20+ minutes like I was asked, I came back to check and got even more attitude. Worst Walgreens ever!  ....reality check people, you work in a pharmacy...you're not saving the world get over yourselves.

I have had no problem in there but one time this cashier was not very nice I used to be a cashier so I know how it is but on this day she was very mean to me
