It's my fault for not believing in the prior review's. It was a horrible experience going to the pharmacy there. Waited forever to get a flu shot. Then finally got called up to the counter, but just to pay for the shot. Waited again. The person in the white uniform doesn't seems to know how to smile. I don't get how people hates their job, especially in the field of medicine. Show some compassion please.

Horrible service. Incompetent people. After so many bad reviews they need to shut it down. I think corporate dont pay attention to public opinion.

This store really not have any customer services at all. They just care about money. I drop the prescription a few days ago and ask if I can use any coupon.  They tried anything possibly to not give me the discount that the manufactures provide.  One of the drug was $160 and no coupon for that. I ask how I can get it cheaper. I expect that as part of their job, they should tell me that there could be generic prescription. So i may had a chance to save some money. I came and even ask to talk to manager, but they didn't do anything.  This is a lesson to not go to Walgreen, especially this location. Walmart Pharmacy even offer the coupon. This location was very close to my house, so next time I will drive farther and save some money. No wander not even on customer put any goo review.
At lease after all issue that we had with the pharmacy and  the store manager, I called the corporation and they email the pharmacy and Miss Samantha took care of us. Thank s to Miss Samantha.

Pharmacy staff has zero compassion for sick people. The pharmacist was even rude. I will not be going here again. They are unorganized and need a good training on customer service because they clearly have none
