Typical Walgreens. But this is the only one on the black side of town that's open 24 hours. There's an ATM that charges $3.00 to get money out. Overall a pretty good one.

Went to this location to fill my prescriptions and had called to  trasfer them 2 days prior ,then received a call to go pick them up 3 times in the same day . So when I go they say my insurance isn't going through that I have to go inside because I'm holding up there drive through. Now to my understanding a drive through is for people that don't want or can't go inside .... This is what the service is for....but like a good customer I do as she says and drive around and make the line again after exposing that because I haven't had my medications for days I can't walk or stand . As I wait for another hour in the drive through for my turn again I call my insurance and they say that Walgreens hasn't even tried to process according to the records and if there having issues to call the number for the provider on the back of the card..... Now I get to the window and give my card and at this point 2 people are working on it and leave with my card to go talk to the pharmacist and doesn't try to listen to the instructions that I was told ... Come back and says it's not going through and I take that opertunity to say what the insurance told me but was cut off before saying to call the provider number and told to go into the line again because I'm taking to long.... At this point I'm not moving because 1 they haven't even let me finish talking 2 it's a drive through for a pharmacy not McDonald's where they have a clock on how much time you can be there 3 I was there 5 min when others where there way longer... Then as I am giving her info (her shaking her head in disaproval)and trying to figure out of its the right numbers and explaining to call the number and giving the number (mind you they still have my card but refuse to turn it to write the number down) the employee that originally had been at the window says "I'm about to call the police on her" (in guessing because the phone was on the table she thought I couldn't hear her) and that just shocked me . what was I doing wrong that she was going to call the police? I wasn't being hostile, I wasn't treating them poorly, (i was actually trying to help them get the correct numbers) , I wasn't irrate I was calm, so what was I doing wrong ..... In conclusion I will be taking by business else where because of the horrid customer service there ... Horrible how 3 people can ruin a business....
