In my estimation ever since the manager Aaron was transferred the store has gone downhill.....he was great !!!!! Also Rita ( the cashier )..is very friendly and funny.... makes me laugh .. if corporate sees this post ...give Rita a pay raise ....she deserves it

Not the cleanest or most organized walgreens but stocked pretty good. Manager isn't the nicest but most of the employees are.

Always pleasant and helpful!  Great location and great staff.  I've been going to this location for years.

Stop going to this location after Managers Mr. Hoffmeister  and Mr. Louchetti(?) left. Since then  I patronize the Mayfield and Superior Road location  in Cleveland Heights,  very pleased with that location. It is more inviting as well.   It's too bad this location (and Lee Harvard) are set up where shoppers only have one way to enter and exit. Some people waiting to check out, are hesitant to make a path for people who don't need to go through the check out and want to leave.  No such issue at Mayfield /Superior.  Area is nicer as well. with Cleveland Heights police always visible.

I have seen the customer service improve drastically. The workers are very friendly,from the moment you walk in. I went there on a Saturday evening shortly before closing as I needed a last minute item. They greeted me as soon as I entered. There was a woman stocking shelves, who didn't ignore me as I walked past her, but turned around and asked if I needed help finding anything. I am very impressed with the respect and courtesy that the workers have shown. Keep up the good work!
