If you like Slovenian sausage, this is the place to get it.  They have won multiple awards for best sausage in Cleveland and I couldn't agree more.  Steve Hocevar still uses the age-old secret family recipe and the taste is amazing and always consistent.  Their catering business is equally as good; anything from clambakes, Pig roasts or anything you want is fantastic.  Stop by and give yourself a treat, you will not be disappointed.

I recently hired Maple Hts. Catering for our office luncheon. I was extremely disappointed with the food. We ordered roasted chicken,  which is described as pieces of chicken , we received mostly chicken that was cut in half, backbone intact, that was barely roasted. The California Blend vegetables were way overcooked and some of the broccoli was brown. You could barely tell the difference between the pasta with meat sauce and pasta with marinara, no meat. Either could they since they were mis-marked, there was barely any meat. The salad consisted of lettuce and a few tomatoes. And the pastry tray was horrid, I don't believe there was even one piece per person, it was mostly Strudel, small cream rolls and some kind of ball cookies I believe. I was told we would have brownies, kolachke, etc. 
The roast beef was good and the potatoes all though obviously instant had enough butter to save them. We had to warm up the gravy and the rolls were ice cold like they had been in the car all night.
I read reviews online which were good and thought since they were near to us our food would arrive nice and warm, this was not the case.
I would not recommend them for anything, I am embarrassed that this what what was served.

My family has been going to Maple Heights Catering since I was little. Specifically my grandmother would ALWAYS have Maple Hts's Kielbasa on the menu at every special meal. I do not live close but often find myself craving the unique taste you cannot get anywhere. This weekend I was able to have some, and it took me back, WAY BACK! I just smile when I think about my grandma and all the special dinners we shared over your food. Tasting this old world recipe really makes me feel warm and loved! It makes me wish my grandma was still here to share it with me at every occasion. Thank you for not changing the taste even after all these years!!! Not only is it THE BEST taste and quality, it really makes HAPPY! Love, Jeanne

Besides great catering, in-store and online experiences are fantastic.  If you live in the Cleveland area, visit and enjoy the humble store--especially the tasty aromas.  If you are far away, try some of their authentic Slovenian offerings by way of UPS.  In any form, Maple Heights Catering is top notch.
