They should remember at the pharmacy that they are in customer service industry. There are people who help you who are nice and do a good job. There are others that are flat out rude.

I really wished I could give it no stars. I ordered contacts from them online. The order was defective and the contacts tore when my son tried putting in his eye. I got a returned label to get my refund. According to the tracking number the contacts were delivered back to them on 10/02/17. I just called inquiring about my refund and was told I had to wait atleast 30 days for processing and if I hadn't heard anything by 11/13/17 to please reach out to them. At that point they would cut my refund! ARE YOU KIDDING?!?!?!? So basically my order is just sitting somewhere waiting for their timeline to pass. Will NEVER use them again!!

This pharmacy is by far the worst in town. If you go in they'll tell you wait an hour and it'll be ready. Come back and they say the exact same thing. Come back in an hour. The staff is rude. Like we're an inconvenience. YOU'RE SUPPOSED TO BE SERVING US. God forbid you have to speak to a pharmacist. If you do they are short and rude to you. Especially the older man pharmacist that works there. In my opinion they should fire the whole staff and bring in an all new staff from other locations. This place is horrible. I have nothing good to say about this pharmacy.

Avoid the big box pharmacies. They're slow, rude, disorganized, busy, and nothing's ever ready when they say it will be. Stick with your local mom and pop pharmacies. You won't regret it!
