The old staff was far more knowledgeable and knew how to properly mix juice. I was very disappointed to see the companies direction and also taking the lounge part out. Last time i got juice there, the consistency was basically water and the flavours were off. Now, to find out which vape store hired Thumper to get some good juice.

What happened to the team? I went in the other day and had to actually show the man what coil was the correct one for my mod. That's not good. Explains why my juice isn't the same as well seeing Thumper is gone. He actually helped me find the best VG/PG mix for my juice. The guys now are clueless. Sad times.

Great shop knowledgeable staff vary friendly best shop in Stillwater and Tulsa Need to change this review the fact that thumper is not there anymore I have lost all respect for this company my business will go elsewhere they wouldn't give me a straight answer as to why he is gone but I smell something fishy. This once was a great shop now it's just warm bodies that what to do nothing but sell. They don't know there mods and there is little to no support for builders. Just hey check out the new bs from smok save yourself time go somewhere else where they can actually help.

I can't believe Thumper & his crew are all gone. This use to be the best vapor lounge in Stillwater & the only shop I'd ever go to. Thumper gave the best customer service! He was always friendly, helped me with anything & everything I needed, if something wasn't right he went out of his way to fix it even special ordering products for me. I would spend about $1000 a month at this shop. So tell me this, who would spend that amount of money if Thumper wasn't providing exceptional customer service??? No one in the history of ever is who. Corporate really screwed themselves on this one. Oh, & by the way, ALL of the CBD products they sell do in fact contain enough THC to fail a drug test. I know this because my husband was almost fired from his pain management due to coming up positive for marijuana. He stopped using their CBD products but I continued. Out of curiosity a few weeks later I bought 2 at home marijuana tests. Guess what, his was negative but mine was positive. I wonder how many people will lose employment due to this gross false advertisement. So good luck Juicy's. Have fun trying to not lose many more customers as well as ur license & getting raided bt SPD.
