Awful customer service.  
The pharmacy is extremely slow and disorganized. 
Management is unresponsive. 
The pharmacist recommended that I take half a dose of the wrong formulation rather than admit up front that they substituted my medication because they couldn't get the proper one from their distributor.

- 3 are chronic issues at this store. Unfortunately,  the other nearby Walgreens aren't much better.

This is the slowest Walgreens I've ever been to. I'm going to transfer my meds to a different pharmacy, because it's slow every single time. The staff stands around talking about irrelevant stuff, while the line gets longer inside. It's ridiculous. Corporate needs to revamp this location. I'm actually sitting in the drive thru line right now...for 20 mins. No cars have moved. Don't come here!

Anyone giving low rating to this place, please go somewhere else. The pharmacy department is understaffed but they tried their best to help everyone. Thank you for your service Walgreens pharmacy at Memorial! God bless you.

This location's Pharmacy Clearly Has some concerns with order and turnaround time. Im finally transferring all my family's prescriptions from this location! They are THEE Worst!! Not just a one time experience but ALWAYS! Just recently, 2 days in a row my child's antibiotics and asthma meds took over FOUR HOURS to fill! Extremely Over the lack of organization or whatever causes this problem! Dispicable! Do better!
