Store is great Pharmacy is aggravating dropped prescriptions off at 3 come back at 6 and all they tell me is they forgot to fill them!!

Friendly helpful staff go out of their way to help. Efficient and all the staff treat me like family which I like I never had a pharmacist call to make sure new medication not giving me any issues!

Horrible. Pharmacy staff treats everyone like drug addicts. Gave them two chances to fill prescriptions.  First time the pharmacist, Ana, tore the legitimate script up in front of me. Second time, which was today, both Ana and Crystal,  lied concerning contacting the doctor. I spoke to him as soon as I got home and he did not even know what I was talking about. I will be lodging a complaint against both at the corporate level and if need be contacting a lawyer about a lawsuit.

I went into this store today to make a total of three photo books at 19.99 each and was total shocked when I stood at the counter for over 10 minutes without anyone coming to help me. When someone did finally walk into the photo dept I asked her if she could help me with the kiosk machine her reply was " I don't know how but he probably does" and points to the young man at the front counter that had about five customers in line at the time. After telling me this she continued out of the photo dept. I saw many employees roaming the store and not one of them asked if I needed any help. The only friendly employee was the young man at the front counter. This is by far the worst walgreens I have ever been in and will not return to this store for anything.
