Slowest pharmacy ever. Always a fight to get my medication. Since I have state insurance it seems like they get a pass to be rude to me for no reason. Drive through is the worst. You can sit and wait with one person in front of you for 15 minutes, then pull up to the window, and it’s another 10 minutes before anyone acknowledges you’re there to say “we will be with you shortly”. Another 10 minutes and they finally get to you. Staff is unprofessional and extremely rude. I’ve started sending my husband to pick up my meds because I just can’t deal with them anymore. The one time I asked for the manager and told her my concerns, she brushed them off and didn’t seem to care. If it’s an understaffing problem, they need to hire more people. The way I have been treated at this pharmacy is unacceptable. They’ve also lost my photo orders on more than one occasion.

I have been going here for a few years because it's close but I wonder why... this is not an exaggeration, I have never one time had things go smoothly! I will be going elsewhere. If your thinking they are close so it will save time, it won't unless you have a 30 min drive to the next pharmacy. This is as bad or worse than any place I have been, for any service and it is EVERY TIME! And they are rude when you ask basic questions such as how long will that take? (Pharmacy)

This Walgreens is decent. I wouldn’t give them a horrible rating like others, but I agree with the need to improve customer service related skills.

Prepare to wait. I DREAD using this pharmacy and gave up on the photo department long ago. The pharmacy staff looks miserable and most are very unfriendly. It is very obvious that they can’t stand us and they are annoyed that we have interrupted their flow. I have never seen such incompetence with refilling of prescriptions. I always have to make several trips instead of one. I try to time refills to make ONE trip not FIVE spread out days apart. After getting an e-mail and text stating all three of my prescriptions were ready, waiting in line for a long time  (prepare to always wait here) I was told to come back on the 17th because it was too early for a refill on one of my pickups. The app states it’s ready for pickup! So I come back on the 17th, wait in line for fifteen minutes (one person at the four registers) only to be told to come back again on the 19th because it’s still too early. Are you kidding me? The Walgreens app said “pharmacist reviewing prescription”. I suspect the truth was that they were running behind and it was coming close to their 6pm closing time so they lied to me. Today is the 18th and I got a text and e-mail first thing in the morning stating the prescription is ready for pickup. The app shows it’s ready. They turned me away and told me to come back on the 17th. They turned me away again and told me to come back on the 19th. Now it’s allegedly ready on the 18th. I’m afraid to drive there only to be told to come back on another day. PLEASE STOP DOING THIS! I HATE coming here. This is the fifth time they have done this exact same thing to me. I also wanted to get some clothing dye while here and there was not a soul in sight to help which is very typical here. I stopped having photos printed here a long time ago for this very same reason. Staff including managers will walk past you and ignore you when waiting for someone, anyone to let you pick up your photo order. Staff will look right at you and purposely ignore you. If it wasn’t by my work place I wouldn’t have bothered with this painfully slow and extremely rude location. After this experience I’m switching to a better pharmacy and store.

Their photo customer service is great. Had a bit of a delay and they went above and beyond to fix the issue today. The canvas print is beautiful too.  I will definitely use them for prints in the future.
