I called and asked for assistance because My Mother became ill, after getting a flu shot. The staff was rude, flippant, despondent and almost confrontational. 
Please hire professionals so they can give, helpful, knowledgeable advice. This is a critical field where expertise is required. Customer Service is Kindness.

Lady that worked at pharmacy was lazy and unhelpful.  I was prescribed something for my new born and instead of telling me about the product and showing me where it was she made me feel dumb for asking for something over the counter and called for someone else to show me.  The product I needed was pointing distance from her counter.

NOT SURE IF THE PHARMACY HAS NEW STAFF, BUT I FIND TO ALWAYS GET ANSWERED BACK IN A RUDE WAY. I HAVE HAD SEVERAL PEOPLE COMPLAIN ABOUT THE SAME ISSUE.
