I have been in here maybe 3 times. It is impossible to find anyone for assistance and when you do they have terrible attitudes like it's my fault you hate your life. The wait for any services is about an hour. Ridiculous!!!!

So I go to this Walgreens to pick up my wife's prescription that her doctor called in for and they refuse to fill it because the pharmacist feels that the last script and this script are too similar and she wants to speak to her doctor first... So I ask the pharmacist why is it her job to question a prescription that a doctor calls in for a patient and she says it's just a safety precaution and she'll talk to them tomorrow. Mind you my wife just had a very painful surgery 4 days ago. So I go home and soon as I walk in my wife says can you go back and get my medicine. I say but she said no, my wife says well I called my doctor and he immediately called and told them they better fill it. So I go back to pick it up again and they give it to me this time without a problem. BUT!!!  I get home and my wife use to be a tech at CVS so she counts her pills and the bottle says a quantity of 30 and they only gave her 20??? Really they shorted her 10 pills of a narcotic pain medicine (hydrocodone/amenophen). So I call and speak to the store manager which wasn't there so I speak to the lead and tell them the story and I get put on hold. Soooo long that the phone rang again twice the second time it rang and rang till I just hung up. So about 10 minutes later they call us back and apologize. They checked and they had defiantly shorted her the 10 pills. I will never go to this store to have a prescription filled again. CVS and Walmart are 1000% better at this job. Without all the hassles and stealing of medicine. How many other people have been shorted pills? I'm sure this isn't the first time this has happened just maybe the first time that it's been caught.

I love this neighborhood Walgreens. The store manager and the cashiers are very friendly and polite.
