 I used to work for Walmart ,wonderful job truly enjoyed everybody . From the top of the tier to the GM, coworkers and then most importantly the customers or Guest, If i may... I do know they set high standards for their Associates, to accommodate excellent customer service. Weather on the first customer of the day or the very last,we should all be treated the same. Greeted with a smile, happy to take my money and make sure  i have my bags B4 I leave .And I will go  leaving happily satisfied. It didn't quite get  that fuzzy feeling. When you're in the front of the house running the those registers.You fake it til you make it. With that being said, don't forget the fact that customers that keep the doors open to this business, put money in your paycheck

It's a Walmart. A Walmart Supercenter, not much to be said other than they have everything you need. However I will say that at this Walmart the workers are MUCH MUCH more polite and much more helpful than the other Walmart in Gastonia on Franklin. This Walmart is also cleaner and seems like it carries alot more. So much so that I drive the extra 5-10 minutes past Franklin Walmart to go to this one.

I live probably 5 minutes away from this Walmart and would rather drive 15 minutes in the other direction to the one on E. Franklin. It just doesn't seem to be as well stocked as the E. Franklin Walmart. Associates seems scant/hard to find when you need them. If you have lots of time to waste, this is your place as they never have more than 2 or 3 registers open at once and there's always an issue with the self-checkout stations. One redeeming quality was the female cashier who helped me a few weeks ago. She was extremely kind and patient while I sorted out a problem with my debit card (mind you, it's after 11 o clock at night.)...I don't come here unless absolutely necessary because besides the aforementioned issues, it seems like night or day, you're going to be treated like your a thief and up to no good. Like I said, I'd rather go out of my way to E. Franklin Walmart.

Excellent customer service in automotive  department with the manager. Very informative, going above his duty to make sure my tires come and tomorrow and will contact me of the status; coming in on his day off. That's customer service!!😆

Very helpful staff and clean, organized facility. The carts are in need of repair/replacing; I tried three separate carts and they were all damaged and extremely noisy. I eventually settled for the "least noisy" one.
