The pharmacy here is TERRIBLE -- when we call for prescription status, we are told that it is ready but when we get to the store, they say they have no record of a prescription for us. This has happened to us three times this month. The last time, we got the name of the person we spoke with on the phone, but when we got to the store they said that there was no one by that name employed there. If that's the case, then where are calls to the store's phone number going?

This Walgreens has outstanding service. However, be sure that you have your passport on you if you have an out-of-state ID, because some managers may not believe that you exist.
