The most friendly and helpful pharmacy staff of any Walgreens in the area

The first time it happened, I thought it was a fluke, the next time I KNEW it was premeditated, so I asked:  "Why is it SUCH a BIG PROBLEM when I ask for my prescriptions to given to me in plastic WALGREENS bag in ADDITION to the small prescription paper bag? .... I was told "you're in the drive thru, you already have a  bag"

SO WHAT!...I'm STILL a paying customer, and as such it shouldn't matter if I walked in,  or used the drive thru pharmacy, PLACE MY ITEMS IN A BAG AND GIVE ME A RECEIPT
.....AND DO IT WITH A SMILE!

I've dealt with Walgreens for YEARS all over Chicagoland as well as across the country. This is THE ONLY STORE that seems to have this IDIOTIC procedure in place. 

Often times I'm picking up prescription orders for elderly neighbors and stoke victims who can't make the trip. Just because I'm AT the drive thru, don't assume it's MY prescription pick up, I could be a Mystery Shopper, practice good customer service.  Afterall, that is the operative word, CUSTOMER! ...A word to remember. #rudeasses!

its  new the phramacist seem not to be team players and iff i ask them a question for a med and then ask for clarity one phramsctist is very impatient I was shocked as I was shopping for my senior uncle I would hate for him to be aburptly dismissed wow Olympia Fields has a high number of seniors the store is new so there is room for growth the head phramist is the only one I will encounter if she is off I'll come back or transfer his meds to another area store which is not a good feelings we neighbors talk about hthese things many are on the board and the employees do not even knew who they are speaking too their sibllings or childrens mothers and fathers :low perspectives on this store 's part on the other hand maybe they will team up and not slide down the store is new to the area compassion not arroagance is the name of the day for patients all patients and authentic across the store professionallism
