Worst experience. I had to wait 40 mins for my prescription to be filled. I waited in the parking lot because I do not live near. I went back to pick up my order to be told they had to call my insurance and wait again. The representative told me she would call me when she had talked to my insurance. After waiting another 30 mins in the parking lot I gave up. I went inside to get my insurance card back. Neither representative helping me was on the phone with my insurance. Communication is key. All you have to do is tell customers the truth. Give us an idea of how long it's going to be or let us know immediately if our insurance card is not being accepted.

I don't know how I see so many unhappy customers. It might just be THEIR  personality because I always get help when I ask politely or need something. I never have a issue here and this is my primary walgreens.

I had a very unprofessional encounter with a Walgreens pharmacy employee by the name of Brittany on Sunday 10/25/2016 at 20950 Governors Highway in Olympia fields, il. After reading Walgreens pharmacy reviews I understand why she was unprofessional. People who work in customer service should have customer skills & Brittany is definitely lacking in that area. More training is needed so Brittany doesn't have this issue with another customer. I was dropping off a prescription after just sitting in the ER for hours. Brittany claimed the prescription was for a over the counter medication when the Dr in the ER specifically told me it could be substituted for an actual prescription. When I asked for assistance finding the medicine her terrible attitude emerged & refused to help me and said to the pharmacist " you want to help her find it?" I just want this issue addressed so Brittany doesn't make another customer feel as if they should get their prescription filled at target or Walmart as I feel. Thank you for your time.
