Brought a photo release with me as requested in the voicemail that was left. Manager lectured me about who's responsibility it was to make a copy of the form, and continued to lecture even after I had apologized and said I was following the directions left by an employee in the voicemail. If you want customers to email a release, tell them that on the phone, don't scold them like they are 5 years old.

I go there most of the time between 2nd and 3rd shift and i love the staff they are very friendly and helpful they greet each customer that comes in the door and lets you if you need anything just let them know there an awesome team on 3rd shift :)

Worst.Walgreens.EVER. If you want to save your sanity, drive the extra 10-15 minutes to another Walgreens. Request a refill of your prescription 2 days prior? It STILL won't be done when you get there (going on 5 times of this happening.... Yes you read that right, 5 times--apparently no one there is literate). You'll also have to have your doctor send in your new prescription 3 times before they can find it in the system, all the while telling you it's your providers fault they have no idea how to use their system and then telling you you'll only have to wait another hour for them to refill it, but that's no problem, because who doesn't love hanging out at Walgreens for two hours of their life, right? Honestly, just save your sanity and go to another Walgreens.

Pharmacy staff is extremely rude. My father, a cancer patient, was treated terribly when picking up his pain medication. When I went in to chat with the pharmacist about the incident, he was only slightly less rude. He stated I needed to bring this to their attention in a more timely matter. This, I understand, may be true if I were wanting to single a specific employee out. However, being a frequent customer and having had poor customer service there previously, I simply wanted to suggest their entire team be reminded of the multiple reasons a patient might need a pain medication. I began to ask if his staff could be spoken to and be given a gentle reminder, but was unable to finish my question before being interrupted by the pharmacist saying "they're talked to constantly. They know there are cancer patients. I would need the specific name of the person so I could talk to him. You waited too long and now there's nothing I can do." He did apologize that the incident took place in the first place. He spoke the words, but had zero empathy in his voice. I will never take my father there again for fear he might be treated like a drug addict in his final days. Please note, the customer service at Walgreens on Grand Avenue in Sun Prairie has been wonderful. Our family has really appreciated them during this difficult time.

I've been getting my medication through Walgreen's for over 20 years from various locations. I've never had a problem until this location. Never have I been treated so poorly in person and over the phone. This is my last time picking up my prescriptions and I'm never stepping into a Walgreen's again. I did pharmacy tech for them and am very aware of how their system works. I would say under staffing is the main issue here.
