This place is awful, it takes forever to just go through the drive-thru and that's with no one there. They NEVER answer their phone and they never have the medication ready, even if it's just a simple refill. They are unorganized and some people are so rude, its infuriating. And now that it won't be 24 hours soon, we will be leaving. No love lost. Worst pharmacy I've ever been to by far. As I'm writing this,  still waiting for my script. Been here 20 minutes with 1 person in front of me. Wow

Nobody answers the phones for pharmacy. When you go to the pharmacy the lines reach the front door while they only staff 1 pharmacy cashier. Horrible service. Not 24 hours anymore. They also have issues every time I go to pickup my prescriptions.

WORST EXPERIENCE I HAVE EVER HAD!!!! After 1 hour & 45 minutes I went to get a manager for the 15+ people waiting in line for the pharmacy. WAIT FOR IT - KIM, the most incompetent manager I have literally EVER met informed me "it's not her responsibility to back up any of the lines in her store as she has her OWN work to do..." and proceeds to add, "I DONT APPRECIATE BEING CALLED OUT TO THE FLOOR FOR THINGS LIKE THIS...!!!!!!!!" Are you for kidding me???? I thought I was going to just going to lose it!!!! I have been a retail manager for my entire career and couldn't even fathom the thought of me saying that to a customer! LITH Walgreens sucks and it's due to the HORRIBLE store "management"!!

Terrible for pharmacy services. Always some problem or issue, to many to count. Stay far away

Terrible long but there is a new state law.  Illinois mandates counseling by pharmacist required on new prescriptions
