This is a poor example of a corner store. Hosts' are rude and unacceptable. We were told wrong information and if we had a problem, the manager herself was not the one with information. I call corporate office and got help. The store manager Woods was not aware of any solution. We called and met him. He wasn't interested and defended the source of the problem. What is their problem? It was embarrassing and not a treat.

I was wrongly accused of theft. They were proven to be wrong, and I never got so much as an apology. Very public, and very humiliating

This store is the reason I switched to CVS, the pharmacy department has got to be the worst ever. Sloooooow, obnoxious and not worth anymore of my time. Just find another store or better find another chain as I did.

Today (Sat 7/12/14) at about 9:50pm, a man came in after being hit by a car, and was bleeding all over himself from a gash in his head, which he needed to patch up. A register was not working and about a dozen people were standing in line before closing for over 10 mins. I first saw the man when an employee was talking to him. The employee did ask the man if he wanted someone to be called for help, but when the man said no, he stood in line like everyone else, right in front of the employee. I offered him my spot in line, and he appreciated it. As I was standing in line my anxiety was building, but I was a bit apprehensive about announcing to all the customers checking out that there was a man that should be going to the front of the line. It eventually dawned on me that the most basic common sense dictates that upon seeing a man with a bleeding head, it is the responsibility of any and every employee, especially in a pharmacy, to escort him to the front of the line. Luckily the other register got fixed, and the line went faster and the man started checking out about the same time as me. That's when I asked him what happened, and learned that he got hit by a car, and realized that he was in tremendous pain (and regardless, again, he was bleeding all over himself). I got to the new register and started yelling about the situation. I looked back and at least some customers in line were nodding their head in agreement. I asked the woman at the register for the manager and she said she was the manager. Rather than apologizing for the lack of common sense of the employees in assisting an injured customer, she said told me that "I didn't know about that because I was fixing the register", and "if you have a problem, you can leave." I left the store and got into a car with my friends, and then I started screaming obscenities at an employee who was standing in the door and watching me, and who saw everything that had happened. He initially laughed and eventually walked up to the car and said "We are not doctors." Yes, I should not have been screaming. I could have spoken with them intelligently, and it was not productive at all. It was a bit outrageous and I have not developed that capacity to deal with such obscene incompetence, though I should. All I can say is that I hope the supervisors of this location address what happened and hire and train employees with common sense now that I have written about it publicly.
