The drive thru takes an absurdly long time. Ive been in the checkout in store but that's arguably just as bad. This store is understaffed and always running slowly.

Service is horrible!
Manager and employee who were assign on July 17,2017 were horrible.

My husband and I placed an order online.We used his card and put me as a designated person to pick up the items.Few days later,we recieved a messages from Walgreens that the package was ready for pick-up.I went straight to the photo center and had my driver license ID.I asked the employee who were incharge at that time that I'm here to pick up the package,without looking at my ID and transaction or items that I was getting it,he immaediately said no!you can't pick up the items you're husband should be here to get it.I was like what???The Walgreens online let us put our names or designated person to get the get the packages and you're telling no.I told him you should know this that I have right to get the items.He called his manager and just said the same thing to me without looking or asking my Identity and ID he just said no.I was so upset and embarrased I told to his manager who were incharge that  lets us call customer service he said call them.Well,I called them,the lady took the order numbers and she said that yes you are the designated person and you have a right to get it,she said I just don't know why they're not giving it to you let me call them and they need to explain why they are not following their policy.The lady called but they didn't answer.The lady called me again and said that they picked up the phone but she got hang up and heard them talking in background so she called the complaint service who handled these kind of issue.He talked to me If I can get their names(manager and the employee)I went to ask theirs names but they didn't give to me.That's when oh ok enough you guys are putting me to an embarrasement the guys who I was talking to from the complaint dept said wow!I can't believed this store is like this.And then I believed he filed a complaint too about the situation.Nothing resolved until now but I'll just wait for your karma when it hits you. Unbelievable service very poor, Walgreens at 2395 JFK Blvd.Jersey City.

Waiting time here is unacceptable!! Feels like a government facility, I called in before to make sure that my prescription is ready, came in to pick it up they let me wait 40 minutes, Never again to this Walgreens..........

It is the worst service ever, I will never go again, They told me to wait 10 minutes to get my prescription, then they called me 1 hour later, and then she said they didn't have my pills, and they did the same thing to me 3 times. I feel frustrated, they don't know nothing. They play with my time and patience.
