I go to pick up my meds and to be found out when i walk in the door they now have new hours and NO LONGER 24 hours. It would have been nice to let your patients know of this change. Now at 7:30 pm im at cvs trying to get my meds transferred!  Thank you for nothing

Just arrived home from the pharmacy filling and picking up medication for my mother. It was around 11pm and was told 30 minutes till the medication would be filled. But after waiting 30 minutes, It took another 15 minutes to get attended on, to pick it up. If the staff wasn't aware I was there, than I would never leave a post or rate, but the I was standing by the window making eye contact with both the pharmacist and the tech while they discussed 401k options. On top of that they picked the people behind us who came afterwards. 
I would suggest going to CVS across the street.

One of the last Pharmacies that I try to go to. The store is really good, but the pharmacy is constantly understaffed. Because of this, the customers are crabby, which in turn makes the staff act just as bad. Whatever the wait time they give you, just go ahead and double it, since the normal 20 minute wait usually turns into 40. The only reason I'll go here is if my normal Walgreens is out of stock, or I have to pick up a prescription late, since they're one of the only ones in the Dr. Phillips area. 

**month later** This place still is terrible. Some things never change. Moving it from a 2 to 1 star.

I cannot give this Walgreen's pharmacy any stars, but it would not let me post without leaving at least one star...I was literally on hold for 2.5 hours trying to get a prescription transferred from Texas to Orlando for my daughter who has been puking with diarrhea. NO ONE EVER picked up the line. I call back to the 24-hr pharmacy in Texarkana, on hold for 45 MORE minutes, and was told I needed to call Orlando to get the prescription filled. UMMMMM!!!!! What part of I've been trying for the LAST 3 HOURS do you NOT understand???? This is a classic example of why I do not use Walgreen's for my pharmacy needs. Never again, ever.
