The old guy there who said he is a former Doc is rude and snarky. Every visit I go in and I would spend between $50-$75 on herbs and supplements. I asked him a simple question during my last visit about combining certain foods with the products he personally suggested and he rudely told me to go look it up on the internet for myself. I was bothered by his rudeness after I left. So, I did exactly what he said and found that all the products that I had purchased that day and the week before, I over paid for. I took them all back for a refund. I do all of my supplement shopping online now, save money and do not have to deal with some old guy with a bad attitude. If I cant wait for a shipment I will go to Whole Foods down the street or the local GNC.

It's a great store with very attentive and knowledgeable staff. Nathan in supplements has a wealth of knowledge and is very friendly and helpful!

I first started going to Chamberlin's in the 1980's. I found them again after I got out of the Army in the 1990's. The Dr Phillips store has very knowledgeable helpers. Recently my GI and PCP recommended b-12 and Vitamin D in fairly large doses due to certain conditions I have developed. The clerk recommended a couple of products which were agreed to by my physicians. I found that to be a value to me. Shalom

I used to like coming to this store until today. The employee with the brown beard is a sincere creep. I don't know why he has so much time on his hands to talk bad about a customer and their clothing, but he does. Not sure if he knows this, but no matter what a customer's attire looks like, it doesn't mean that they are poor or deserve to be talked about so blatantly. At one point he invaded my personal space while I was looking at a product; I thought he was stocking the shelf or something but apparently not. That kind of behavior is bizarre and extremely unprofessional. Would never go back here.
