Do not use the pharmacy if you can help it. I've had problems the last 4 months in a row with my prescriptions. I get different stories every time I talk to somebody, the stupid automated system calls me constantly with incorrect information, and I keep wasting trips to the damn place because they don't know what the hell they're doing. Complain to them and you'll just get even more frustrated with how little they care. Would you like some eye-rolling with your service? Sure thing. Maybe these people wouldn't be so miserable if they  had some empathy. I am never using walgreens again.

I like this store. Cosmetics ladies are very helpful to my wife. Pharmacy is great on most days. If you go to any pharmacy in the afternoon it will be very busy. I go in the morning or evening to avoid rush. Photo people are also helpful, at least some of them are.

I've been going to this pharmacy for years, not really sure why. The staff is condescending and rude. In the rest of the store, the staff is great though. They also denied my scripts from a licensed medical professional that I've filled through them in the past, wasting my time and money.

Store manager told me that " she couldn't allow me" to make a purchase using andriod pay over a certain amount because her "corporate manager told her so". Even after verifying my identity, and her wanting to see my andriod pays transaction log dating back 3 months, she kept telling me me "Samsung and Walgreens doesn't allow transactions over $25 to be done with Android or Apple pay". I asked her to show me where she was getting this information from and where the posted signs are, stating this rule. She then called staff to the front of the store to stand by and intimidate me. I posed no threat and was respectful. I wasn't sticking around regardless. I can't wait to speak with corporate.

Asinine pharm team today....called in Rx at 3...had to wait until almost 8 pm when new shift took over ! They were nice enough to explain that here might be a conflict with current Rx, and that is why it was on hold  for almost 5 hours while I was screaming in pain.
Idiots.......
