PHARMACY has the worst customer service! Waited outside for like 10 minutes to come inside and see if i can get help there. I stand in line for another 10 mins. I asked the lady if there was anyone else that can help I was already waiting outside. Her response I'm the only one. I looked at the other lady who told me she would be right with me while I waited outside and all she could do is shrug her shoulders because she was off the clock. I left, no way will I continue to come here! horrible!

Called Tuesday to verify they still do film developing, they confirmed they still have 1 hour photo. Drove 15 minutes to them Wednesday and they no longer do 1 hour photo. Have to send film out with a 2+ week turn around.

Disturbing lack of competence, accuracy, and professionalism. I dropped off a prescription and they told me it would be ready in half an hour. I came back half an hour later and they told me they didn't have it. I said "can you call it in to another Pharmacy?" and then they said "well we can actually fill it partially." I said "okay go ahead," and then after another half-an-hour the partial fill was ready. They said "come back in 2 days to pick up the rest. It will be ready at 5 p.m. in 2 days from now." Two days later I called twice to make sure it would be available at 5 p.m. Both times I tried to call they hung up on me. So I just showed up at 5 p.m. hoping it would be ready. When I showed up, they told me "we don't actually have that in stock." I said, "but you promised me it would be here at 5 p.m. today. Why didn't you call me if you couldn't actually fill it? I am due for my next dose in 1 hour from now." Then they said "well maybe we actually do have it." 15 minutes later someone reappeared and said "oh yes we actually have that." At this point I was dumbfounded. I could not believe the supreme lack of competence and professionalism displayed by this. How does a pharmacy not even know what its own inventory is? How do they not alert someone that something can't be filled when they've promised it at a specific time? When a pharmacy has promised that something will be ready, how come they haven't even tried to fill it until after the promised time has already elapsed? How can it be that twice they said they didn't have something, and didn't let me know, and then it magically appeared? This is not a pharmacy and I will ever feel comfortable trusting my health to.

Fast service, pleasant cashier, clean environment, someone was there to help when I need help. Excellent customer service.
