Pulled into pick up a prescription that the hospital sent to Walgreens, the woman on the microphone was extremely rude! Said she couldn’t find anything in the computer for me. Continued looking, all the sudden found my stuff said it would be another 10 to 15 minutes, waited 10 to 15 minutes still not ready, finally ready had to wait in long lines. 45 minutes at the pharmacy After being at the hospital is on acceptable.

Bad customer service. After a long line of people waited to get "in and out" during lunch, the lady waited to call back up over 15 min later... We were all waiting on one customer. As soon as a new lady showed up to help out, that lady let someone from the back of the line to the front. Painful experience. You can get better service across the street at CVS.
