I do not usually go to this Walgreens store. My regular stores employees (303 s circle) are always kind courteous and helpful. They even took the time to call the other stores in my area so I could get a new pain medication filled along with 2 other prescriptions. 
I went to the store and explained that my Rx has been put into the Walgreens system and I thanked the clerk for letting me ( actually the pharmacist from the circle store call on my behalf) know that they had enough  medication for my Rx over the phone.... at this point the pharmacist barked out at the clerk and reprimanded her verbally on the spot staying   that she is not is not to release information over the phone, not realizing the pharmacist was actually making the calls and I don't even know who took the call. I really feel bad for the girl. I feel worse for the pharmisist because she will never be able to keep good help. Ok enough of that rant.  This  pharmisist did not honor the price quote given to me from the other store. My $87 quote didn't  matter her and if I wanted the perscriptions I would  have to pay $147.
I called my insurance company and was told the Rx would cost me $20, I don't believe she tried calling them to resolve the billing issues. 
The store was cluttered and did not have a good flow. Everyone seems to be in a sour mood. I must return tomorrow to get it fixed. I called before posting this. I was hung up on... I called back and they finally fixed the price.
