Super inconvenient to get to as it is located inside the hospital and you have to deal with hospital parking. It takes forever to reach them on the phone when you call. It is better than when I started with them, but still wish my insurance offered other options for pharmacies.

My daughter had just had surgery and we were given a scrip for pain. When I arrived to drop it off, they just took the scrip and didn't say anything. No idea how long it'd take, nothing. I stood around for a couple minutes and someone finally asked for her insurance. I stood a few more minutes waiting for the card to be returned to me and nothing. They pretend you're not there. No eye contact, ZERO customer service skills. And no tylenol?!?!? They have the most pathetic OTC stock. 20 boxes of kleenex and zero children's Tylenol. Only aspirin. When I asked I got a weak "all we have is what you see". Try harder, you're in a dang hospital!!!!
