The pharmacy manager was courteous towards customers however the lack of training at the drop off/pick up window inside was so bad that every customers needed at least 2 staff to handle... I spent my entire lunch hour waiting standing in line to just hand them a prescription which took 2 seconds... it was extremely frustrating I understand they are busy but Walgreens definitely needs to either train better or have a different system put in place. Maybe a drop off window could be separate from the pick up.
