Love Trish at this clinic! She is the best RN and my kids (ages 3 and 8) adore her! She makes them smile even when they feel sick. This Walgreens also has a large selection of cosmetics and toiletries, I always find what I need.

Wonderful employees. Pharmacists are very nice and efficient. Do not listen to the other reviews, I have recognized them in the store before and are problem customers. I am a regular at this Walgreens and intend to be for a very long time. Whenever I have questions, the employees will help me out to the fullest extent possible. Very good business.

Rude employee at pharmacy drive thru. I dropped off my 5 yr olds prescription and was told an hour wait time. I left and came back around 3 hours later (waited in line for 30 minutes) only to find out that they decided not to fill the prescription because it wasn’t covered under insurance. No one called me to inform me that it was not being filled. I told the window employee that was not a problem I would pay cash... it was only $12.00 my son was very sick and needed it. She told me that I would have to come back in an hour or two. I did not have time to go back again, so I asked for the prescription back so I could take it somewhere else. I was told no, I couldn’t have it back, and I would have to come back later to pick it up. I asked to speak to manager, and the manager did not even come to the window. Needless to say… I did not leave the drive thru window without my sons medication. It was filled within 5 minutes after I requested to speak to the manager. I will not be going back there!

Julie m. Has refused to fill my prescription two months in a row with no reason given. She is incredibly rude. When I walked up to the desk she told me she didn't have my medicine before she saw my prescription. I then handed it to her and after about 5 minutes of her on the computer she said she refused again to fill my prescription and she doesn't have to give me a reason why. When I asked for her pharmacist Identification number she refused to give that to me so I can't file a complaint with the board. I am in chronic pain from a compressed disc on my spinal cord and she doesn't seem to care or to want to do her job. I took my business elsewhere and got it filled right away. I will be filing a formal complaint with the ga board as well as the insurance commisioners office. This is not right and needs to be dealt with. Someone I'm chronic pain with a valid prescription should be able to get it filled wherever they please.
