Reviews

As a professional review I would not recommend that anyone use this locations pharmacy for their medications. The staff is rude and inconsiderate. When calling in patient's prescriptions I have routinely waited on hold for 30 plus mins with no person in between. The staff will say a medication can be order then the pharmacist will cut you off and say, "Well I'm the pharmacist and I'm saying you can't order it." I felt strong enough about this poor experience to share in hopes that other will no fail victim to their poor service.

On hold so long I actually got here driving before anyone ever picked up. Went to the pharmacy and was unable to get what I needed and advised him that the phone system never picked up and he said he had no calls. Big problem seemed like he didn't care at all nor seems like he was going to look into the problem with their phone... 
 I've never had good luck with Walgreens and this is just one more instance of it.
