Sign with sale price right in front of the cashier's station but Debra the cashier still refused to honor the sale price listed. Stating that the sign was wrong. Rolling her eyes as she waited for a manager to void the transaction. Manager comes over and as I tried to explain the price is listed wrong to the manager, Debra proceeds to tell the manager just void it. The manager checked the sign and tells Debra she should've honored the sale price. Debra rolled her eyes at the manager and proceeds like nothing has happened. Didn't even bother her that customers in the long line proceeds to put items back and walk out. Rude and Unprofessional is an understatement.......
With such a big corporate company, you'd think they'd have clean bathrooms. The bathroom here is the most disgusting thing I've seen. It compares to a gas station bathroom in the hood of Trenton.
The manager from morning have a really bad attitude , I did my purchase at 11:33am when I ask her for something that was not in the store actually it was just one item on the shelve she Roll her eyes up and walk away “to check”
Absolute worst pharmacy ever. The staff is rude and not compassionate. Rx are never ready when they are supposed to be. Every visit is left with frustration. Walgreens used to be friendly and care about their customer now it's just corporate. Will be going back to mom and pop pharmacy.
Well, I had a very bad experience today. What an attitude, Afifa. Why? Just because fifa Word appears in your name? Not recommend specifically with this type of attitude for sure.

If I could give lower than one star, I would. Worst experience I’ve ever had at any store. I was out shopping with my 1 year old looking at makeup and one of the employees, Wineete, comes and starts yelling at me IN FRONT OF MY CHILD. In what universe is that ok? I was simply looking not using, not swatching. Disgusting behavior. The entire time I was in the store I saw her barking at people. Who allows this woman to continue working there??
Worst experience with photo/document printing I've ever had. I put in an order and was told it was ready, so I went to pick it up, only to find that a third of my pages are missing and another third is printed completely wrong and unusable. Only 6 out of 15 pages were correct. They tried reprinting and the same exact thing happened. The clerk kept saying it was messing up from the website to the printer and he just didn't know what to do. I asked for the manager but was told they were "on lunch" and he didn't know when they would be back. Absolutely terrible service and company. Never shopping at Walgreens again, and I will be actively telling people not to use Walgreens.
I am not sure what happened to the pharmacy. My latest experience was awful. I called in a refill for a prescription on a Wednesday. They told me it would be ready the following day. I went on Thursday but the drive thru was closed so I decided I’d go on the weekend when I had more time to walk-in, wait in line, etc. I went Saturday at 10:30am. They told me to wait an hour… between that time and the time my prescription was actually ready I went back 3 times. My prescription was finally ready at 2:00pm. Unfortunately, I was not the only person who experienced that kind of discrepancy with time frame for prescription pick up. I understand being short staffed or extremely backed up, but as a person who worked in customer service, it is important to notify your customers and give them an accurate timeframe or simply say it will be ready the next day so we aren’t wasting our time going back and forth. Super frustrating experience.
So I was very nervous about booking my parents vaccines at this location due to the reviews online and the fact that when I was calling they never picked up- HOWEVER my parents insisted I review them because they were so happy the vaccine person name Patricia. They said although it was very busy in there and they had to wait a bit due to "issue" she kept them informed, made them feel really comfortable and they found her funny and happy. She gave them both a flu and covid and they said it was the first time they did not hurt. They came home praising her- apparently she was that nice to everyone they saw her with. So Walgreens congratulations because my parents are happy- we will be recommending you to others. On a side note please do something about your phones. It's annoying to call and wait over an hr to speak to someone and sometimes no one picks up at all.
