I spent 1.25 hours trying to convince a pharmacist & their tech they were allowed to give covid shots to out-of-network. I’ve had two appointments canceled at my in-network pharmacies & could not find an alternative as someone still high risk. I had been waiting four days for this appointment.  It took me asking to see their guidance sheet and pointing out on the *third* bullet the code to bill for commercial insurance-not contracted with Walgreens. They *still* didn’t believe me. I asked them to please check another Walgreen’s which the tech told me they wouldn’t do 75 minutes ago when I asked her the first time to call. Literally in five minutes the other Walgreens confirmed I was right. I could have saved 90 minutes of incredible stress if they had just took five minutes to believe me & call another Walgreen’s.  - I’m only posting this review because even if it’s a one-off human error for anything, I cannot imagine if this had been someone elderly or with less resources considering *how little* this pharmacy was willing to believe, help or even comfort a patient. Not withstanding the fact they hadn’t taken the time to read their own instructions. It was all so unnecessarily cruel.

Horrible customer service, no urgency in pharmacy.

Clean store, clean restrooms, helpful personnel.
