This a great Pharmacy! Staff is friendly and Fast. I always find what im looking for here. No complaints at all. Highly recommended this pharmacy.

I'm writing this in response to the poor customer service we received on the evening of 27 May. My girlfriend was rear ended that day in an accident near her home. We spent a few hours at the emergency room to verify no broken bones or unseen trauma. We were given prescriptions and told the Rite Aid store nearby would be able to fill. This was approximately 9:40 pm. We arrived at the store approximately ten minutes later. When we attempted to get the prescription filled, the pharmacist stated she was closing in ten minutes and we'd have to pick up the prescription the next day. We tried to explain the situation, but the pharmacist was not interested in our story. I found this response to be inappropriate and it lacked compassion, which should be factored into a refill request during NORMAL business hours. Imagine going to your favorite restaurant and having them refuse to serve you because they close in ten minutes. That's poor customer service and a poor business model. I was extremely disappointed and displeased. I did chat with the store manager and expressed my concerns, on my way to Walgreens, where our customer experience was much, much better. I gave Rite Aid this feedback and hope they take it seriously and close the gaps in excellence displayed in my particular experience.

There is nothing rhadica and Michelle along with the rest of the pharmacy staff won't do to ensure prior authorizations, refills, questions, or any other pharmacy concerns are really with in a timely fashion and with great customer service

My experience has been very poor. Always act as though they are so busy and will have you on hold all day.  Wont call you back as promised and cant seem to have my prescription in their system on time. I dont know what is happening with Rite Aid. To be one of the most expensive drug stores, the service has been getting worse. I though Walgreens were buying all of the Rite Aid stores. In fact  I am still on hold as I am typing this. Customer service is the key to a successful business!
